2024 NATIONAL FINALS INFORMATION
Make sure to bring the trophies back clean and engraved ready to be presented.
1. Anna & Janine have done a superb job organising sponsorship. They have organised $3585 for prize money and buckle sponsorship and $1093 RRP worth of products . They need your help to promote and support all these sponsors pre and post National Finals.
Please share sponsor spotlights from the NZCHA fb page if you can.
2. Any help with preparing the arena on Thursday will be appreciated e.g scrims mechanical flag.
3. There will be no Arena Director so all competitors will need to check the whiteboards to ensure they are in the next competitor warm up area (which will be coned off behind the judges stand.)
4. Presentations -
* There will be line ups after each go round event.
* Aggregate ribbons, Champions perpetual trophies & buckles will be presented in the arena after each event.
* This year after the official photographs of the National Champion they may do a victory lap so we can all applaud their achievement.
* North Island, & South Island Hi Points, National Hi Points and National Champions (Stallion, Mare, Gelding, 5 Year Old) awards will be presented on Saturday night at approximately 8 pm (between main & dessert at the Celebration Dinner)
5. Celebration Dinner Saturday night will be at the house at 7pm. It will be pot luck format so please bring meat and a salad/vege dish and a dessert.
6. Thursday & Friday dinners - pot luck group gathering or your own camps
7. Little Cutters will be held after the completion of each days events.
8. 2025 Futurity prospects will be able to train with cattle at the completion of each days events.
Please remember that Judging Rule 16 (rider attire & training equipment in the whole arena) applies until 10 minutes after the final lineup/ presentation (Rule 12 Page 26)
9. AUCTION - Friday. 7/7.30 pm (pre dinner)
Our amazing sponsor co -ordinators have gathered some wonderful items to auction.
If you have any items to add please bring them to the auction.
